Growth.

As a film maker, it is always important t0 look back at old videos and footage. This is so you can see what you did right, and what you did wrong. Let's take a look at clips from my sophomore year project: "Two Smoking Shepherds". This was part of a sneak peek we released to get people excited and interest in our movie, but it was really just part of the opening scene. (Skip to 1:20 to start the scene)

Well, that was interesting.

Here are my observations:

GOOD STUFF:
-Awesome effects. We tried to do this opening like how Guy Ritchie did it in his movie "Snatch".

As you can see, the resemblance is uncanny. I think this is an awesome to open any film, and I am really tempted to recycle this method in my future skits, but I feel like that would be too frequent. We shall see.
-The music is catchy, and perfect.
-I personally this is one of the funniest scenes in the entire movie. It's also an excellent introduction of all characters.
-The editing is tight, and the angles are also quite perfect. Over all decent pixel and sound quality.

BAD STUFF:
-Language. A lot of swearing can be offensive and not ideal for the type of public screening I am going for. If I do swear in my skits, it will be censored for the show.

-Jokes. The jokes are very offensive to some people, and I swear I am not phobic of any race, religion, or sexualities. As you will see from future skits, our humor became more acceptable, sophisticated, and relied less on bashing and swearing, and more on originality.

What do you think? Leave me a comment, more scenes will be posted! If you want to view the entire movie (what we had finished, which was half way), Here is the link:

The password is happyinc. I must warn you, it has foul language and controversial jokes. Please take it all as a good humor, and for laughter. Enjoy.
